As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Jo is an innovator in supplier strategy and preferred programmes, having always worked in corporate travel. Her extensive knowledge includes 15+ years working in TMCs, and roles at ACTE and Qatar Airways. Jo went on to found Nina & Pinta Consulting Services, specialising in travel programme optimisation, and sales effectiveness. Now as the global lead of account management and consulting at FCM, Nina & Pinta has integrated into the FCM brand.

Michelle’s passion for the travel industry was evident from early in her professional career culminating in her joining FCM’s parent company, Flight Centre Travel Group in South Africa in 2009. Her vast industry knowledge and expertise in marketing led her to a number of positions in both leisure and corporate marketing before relocating to Philadelphia, PA in 2019 to head up the FCM Americas’ marketing division. As FCM’s SVP of Global Marketing, Michelle is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for FCM Travel, aimed at supporting the full customer journey from awareness through to loyalty.

Paul’s career with FCM Travel’s parent company Flight Centre Travel Group began in the UK, where he held the role of group Chief Finance Officer for the UK for several years. Paul took the role of Global Corporate CFO in 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic. He’s played a central role in ensuring FCM was successfully steered through this challenging period and is set up for future success.

Having worked in business travel for over a decade, Andy was appointed to the newly created role of FCM Managing Director for UK and Ireland in 2022, after 5 years leading FCM’s sister brand Corporate Traveller in the UK. Andy brings with him a wealth of experience from previous roles in business development, account management and operations. Andy’s focus is delivering a superior customer service experience that clients won’t receive anywhere else, and offering products and services to simplify business travel. By listening to individual needs, Andy believes we can help our clients to drive their business objectives.

Bertrand is Managing Director for Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange, moving to Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry, before joining FCM.

An authoritative voice in the travel industry, Chris has led FCTG’s corporate businesses through challenging times with decisiveness and a determined growth strategy, capitalising on the strength of FCTG’s culture.

Charlene has over 30 years of travel industry experience. She started her career with Boston-based Garber Travel, which was acquired by the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). Beginning in 2015, she led FCTG’s corporate brands in the USA, achieving double-digit, often record-setting growth year over year. She became President of FCTG Americas’ (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) corporate and leisure brands in 2020. The industry has recognised Charlene on numerous occasions for her outstanding performance, including GBTA’s WINiT Top 40 Women in Travel in 2019 and GBTA WINiT’s FollowHer: Legends and Mentors Top 50 in 2024.

Steve joined Flight Centre as a leisure travel consultant. Following experience in supply management and marketing, he became General Manager Flight Centre UK. In 2011, he was promoted to Corporate MD EMEA, responsible for Flight Centre’s business travel divisions. Under his eight-year stewardship, FCM achieved major growth, winning and retaining significant customers. In 2020, he became Managing Director of Flight Centre EMEA, with overall responsibility for both the leisure and corporate businesses.

Scott was promoted to Global CMO of Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate brands in 2024, following six years as SVP Marketing for FCM Travel. At FCM he'd led the rebrand of the company and rolled out the FCM Platform for customers. As CMO, his core focuses are driving new marketing innovation, helping drive business insights and supporting the next level of growth for both FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller.
