As a result, Christophe has a very fine understanding of the sector and all activities around it. Thanks to his experiences in commercial functions, Christophe has developed a strong customer culture. He has a perfect understanding of the issues and challenges that customers are facing and has therefore developed a very strategic and consultative approach, which he strives to pass on to his teams.

It was during her studies in human resources and as part of a gap year that Caroline discovered FCM. Immediately seduced by the history and values of the company, she decided to settle down. Caroline grew up in her role and took on the role of Director of Human Resources for France, Switzerland and Spain. Her ambition: to continue accompanying the growth of FCM while guaranteeing that the company culture remains both friendly and humble.

Now managing the Swiss branch, Justine joined FCM Travel in 2014 and has since gradually worked her way up. With a travel background, Justine started as a Business Travel Consultant and quickly moved into management positions. Over the years, Justine has developed strong relationships with the operational teams as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Swiss business travel market. Her ambition is to continue FCM's growth and to establish the brand's reputation on the Swiss market.

Après ses études en Travel Management à l’ESCAET, Sylvie Philippe rejoint rapidement FCM Travel en tant que Chef de Projet avant de gravir les échelons en tant que Team Leader Implementation puis Head of Customer Technology Delivery Team. Grâce à son appétence pour la technologie, sa connaissance des enjeux clients ainsi que sa vision stratégique, Sylvie dispose d’une connaissance pointue de l’éco-système du voyage et des outils digitaux. En 2023, elle prend la direction du pôle CorpTech Design & Engineering pour la région EMEA et intègre le Comité de Direction.

Diplômée de l’ESSEC Business School Paris, Anaïs Laledj a rapidement fait le choix de se spécialiser dans la vente complexe B2B dans plusieurs industries, en France comme à l’étranger. En 2020, Anaïs rejoint FCM Travel, où elle occupe un poste de Business Development Manager. En 2022, elle prend la direction des équipes commerciales France et Suisse, puis Espagne en 2023 et rejoint cette même année le Comité de Direction. Forte d’une expérience de près de 10 ans dans les industries de l’hôtellerie et du tourisme, Anaïs a développé une expertise pointue du secteur et de son écosystème, qui lui permettent d’apporter des solutions adaptées aux enjeux de ses clients. Aujourd’hui, elle a à cœur de mettre son expertise à leur service et d’accompagner FCM Travel dans sa croissance.

As FCM's global leader, Marcus works closely with the company's global executive team as well as with the regional managers of FCM's operations in the Asia-Pacific, Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Alex brings almost 20 years of experience in the travel, tourism and sales industries to the role.

Jo is an innovator in supplier strategy and preferred programmes, having always worked in corporate travel. Her extensive knowledge includes 15+ years working in TMCs, and roles at ACTE and Qatar Airways. Jo went on to found Nina & Pinta Consulting Services, specialising in travel programme optimisation, and sales effectiveness. Now as the global lead of account management and consulting at FCM, Nina & Pinta has integrated into the FCM brand.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate travel to the role. Lindsay oversees FCM's global sales strategy through key initiatives and innovative solutions, working closely with regional sales leaders to drive results.

Michelle’s passion for the travel industry was evident from early in her professional career culminating in her joining FCM’s parent company, Flight Centre Travel Group in South Africa in 2009. Her vast industry knowledge and expertise in marketing led her to a number of positions in both leisure and corporate marketing before relocating to Philadelphia, PA in 2019 to head up the FCM Americas’ marketing division. As FCM’s SVP of Global Marketing, Michelle is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for FCM Travel, aimed at supporting the full customer journey from awareness through to loyalty.

Shaun’s experience in the travel industry spans more than 15 years, with extensive experience across product, change management and in leadership roles. As Global Implementation Director, he oversees FCM’s strategy, processes, and teams from the moment we onboard a customer through to how we service them operationally. Shaun holds an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia.

Paul’s career with FCM Travel’s parent company Flight Centre Travel Group began in the UK, where he held the role of group Chief Finance Officer for the UK for several years. Paul took the role of Global Corporate CFO in 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic. He’s played a central role in ensuring FCM was successfully steered through this challenging period and is set up for future success.
