Calvin is the General Manager for Greater China and is currently responsible for driving the company’s business in the mainland through strategic and digital transformation, as well as increasing growth in managed travel through new wins and implementation of multinational and national businesses. His career to date spanned 14 years in various finance and strategy positions including audit, tax and treasury, financial reporting, planning and analysis, as well as M&A and organisational transformation.

Ruby Wang joined FCM in January 2017, her current position is Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. She is the SWOT member for both China and Hongkong. In this role, she is responsible for the forecasting, budgeting, management reporting preparing and supporting China GM to drive business value and execution of the strategy. To be a good business partner, she works closely with other SWOT members and functional managers to provide her real insight into the business and find the story behind the numbers when variance occur.
Prior to joining FCM, Ruby was living in Ireland for 11 years and completed her Hons degree in Account and Finance in Dublin Business School. She is a fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has 6.5 years overseas working experience in accounting firm in Dublin and 9 years local working experience in Shanghai.

Jean joined FCM People & Culture in 2018 and now she is the HR Business Partner lead of FCM Asia. As partner with business pillar leaders, Jean brings HR expertise to pillar leaders in Asia on solutions of people plans in areas such as organization design, workforce planning, talent matters, performance management, employee relations, leadership development. She guides and resolves complex HR issues, presents the perspective and priorities of pillar leaders to effectively support business growth. Based in China and play a regional role, Jean is a FCM culture ambassador. Prior to joining FCM, Jean has over 12 years in HR overall management roles and business partnerships roles in supply chain management and international trade companies.

Kevin Yang joined FCM for the second time in July 2023 as Director of Sales for Greater China. He worked at FCM from 2017 to 2019; He was responsible for the Customer Success Department in East China at Trip.biz from 2019 to June 2023. In his current role at FCM, he is responsible for formulating the operational strategy for sales team in Greater China; implementing and driving the sales strategy and business objectives, including but not limited to contract negotiation; business integration; sales of products and services; and continuity development for employee and business, to ensure the success of the travel program with the customers.

Jay Hong is the CTO for China having started with FCM in July of 2020. As a member of China SWOT, Jay Hong started his career in BCD Travel and has over 18 years of experience in the travel industry.

Sherman Shi joined FCM in March, 2019 as Account Manager and has been working in corporate travel account management since then. As Head of Account Management, Sherman is committed to providing travel solutions that reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.
Sherman has nearly 20 years of industry experience, including customer service, loyalty program, airport ground handling, sales and account management positions with United Airlines and Air India. Prior to joining FCM, Sherman gained extensive business travel management experience in customer service and account management with On the Way Business Travel – a local travel management company in China.

As the head of Operations, Max is responsible for the management of 8 operations service teams in China. With more than 13 years of experience in the travel management industry, Max has extensive background on customer servicing and account management as well. His persevering demeanour also saw him garnering achievements in best employee and winning top performance awards in current roles.
Max is a believer in using positive attitudes to establish strong long-term relationships with clients to achieve mutual goals. His responsible and fearless nature has put him in good stead with his teams as an excellent Operations Leader. He also showed outstanding talents in daily management, productivity improvement and service optimization. Max holds a Bachelors’ degree in Tourism Management and studying EMBA in NUS.

Serving as a Supplier Manager in the Greater Bay Areas of China, his role involves enhancing the air and non- air offerings from airlines & hotels for clients; managing Supplier partnership in the region. Lawrence has been employed in the airline industry for more than two decades. He has held different roles at Cathay Pacific and Hong Kong Airlines. He has previously worked for Alliances and Partnership team in Hong Kong Airlines before joined FCM.

Bertrand is the Managing Director for the Flight Centre Travel Group in Asia, after being in the role of General Manager for FCM Asia since 2015. Bertrand started his career in the telecom industry in Europe working for Orange and then moved to the aeronautical giant Airbus to lead the sales and marketing department of their IT division. He held multiple global management roles within Amadeus, an IT leader of the travel industry before joining FCM.

Scott has over 16 years of experience in the travel industry with diverse roles spanning across wholesale, reservations, travel media and adventure travel before he moved into the corporate travel sector. As Chief Business Officer with a solid understanding of multiple markets including Australia, Americas and Asia, Scott will engage with multi-national clients at all levels to deliver corporate travel solutions. The role will see him drive customer satisfaction, growth and retention through the continuous evolution of travel management offerings to add value to clients.

Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, Anna as HR Director establishes and develops HR teams and infrastructure to effectively support business growth. She leads her team from recruitment and talent management to organisational development, diversity and inclusion, and training and development across FCM Asia’s four equity markets. Anna is also a passionate advocate in developing the role of women employees and leaders in the workplace and currently leads the Womenwise chapter in Asia.

As Chief Information Officer for FCM Travel in Asia, Abdel leads the company’s security and Information Technology practices. He oversees the company’s strategic IT investments and optimises the IT footprint to ensure its global technology and security efforts is aligned with FCM’s business strategy and long-term goals. Abdel is passionate about leading his team by example to deliver end-to-end innovations with high quality of service to stakeholders from customers to various business units. Prior to joining FCM, Abdel spent 16 years in Information Technology roles in the financial and insurance sectors and was most recently Credit Agricole CIB’s Head of Banking IT Applications for Asia-Pacific.

Having started her Flight Centre Travel Group journey nearly a decade ago, Annemiek was most recently Head of Account Management in Hong Kong where she was directly responsible for overseeing the travel programmes of some of FCM’s largest clients across Asia.

Having worked and lived abroad, Asami has a global mindset which gives her a unique ability to understand and fulfil local nuances.
