Airlink to Launch Direct Flights Between Joburg and PE

Airlink has announced it will be launching direct flights between Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth on May 6. The flight will be serviced by Airlink’s recently acquired 74-seat Embraer E170 aircraft.

Flights will depart from OR Tambo International Airport on Monday to Friday and Sundays, departing at 18:10 and arriving in Port Elizabeth at 19:40.  Flights departing from Port Elizabeth will be daily, departing at 06:45 and arriving in Johannesburg at 08:15, except for Saturdays when the flight departs at 08:00 and arrives at 09:30.

The route will benefit business travellers for same-day return for meetings, as well as making it easier for onward connectivity for international flights from OR Tambo.
