FCM Travel Certified A “Great Place To Work”
Flight Centre Travel Group, the parent group of FCM is proud to have officially earned Great Place to Work® Certification™ following a global employee survey.
The survey, sent to all employees around the world, asked employees what they were thinking and feeling about their job, their team, and the company.
It was run by a third party, Great Place to Work who is a global authority on workplace culture and conducted the same survey with other companies all over the world.
FCM Asia’s Director of Human Resources, Anna Wong, said achieving the certification is a nod to the people-focused culture that Flight Centre Travel Group has always prioritised.
It is great to know that it was our people who ultimately gave us this badge of honour through their feedback as well as independent analysis which determined the scores. We are proud that 5 markets in Asia were certified – Singapore, Malaysia, India, China and Hong Kong and this certification gives us an advantage by providing a globally recognised and research-backed verification of a great employee experience. This is a fantastic tool for us to use to attract great talent to join the team and signal that we have a company culture that our employees embrace and are passionate about.
Other FCM regions that earned certification include Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, United States.
