Why do you love your job?
“I specialise in government travel, which is pretty niche so I love really delving into the specific requirements of this type of travel. It is great being able to show newer team members the complex processes involved to help build them up to my level and beyond.

“I have an amazing team that work very well together and help each other. It’s all about the people!”

Why do you love your job?
“Everyday at work feels like being with my extended family and I'm a mom of unique individuals coming from different background, race, and experience. It is very fulfilling to see them grow and become better version of themselves while being guided by the most amazing leaders of FCM.”
Why do you love working at FCM?
“I have never seen a company who takes care of their employees this much. During the pandemic, FCM made sure that even in our darkest days in the industry, the people are still supported and nurtured. Also, the parties!

“I’m still always excited in my day-to-day job of arranging business trips. Taking a leadership role was really a big step in my life. I super enjoy working with my people; supporting them makes me feel proud and feel complete while we achieve our goals together.”

Why do you love your job?
“I love my colleagues and the mood in the office, it’s always nice to come into. When it comes to my day-to-day job it’s really interesting as well, I can go from figuring out complex itineraries to maintaining relationships and building rapport with clients.”
