Effortless group and event travel 

Group and event travel is when an agency manages booking bulk travel and accommodation for a large group of travellers, typically ten to 10,000. 

A dedicated group travel agent is a corporate travel expert assigned to a specific corporate meeting or event. The agent then manages all of the event travel coordination and booking and is the main point of contact for stakeholders. 

Group travel allows event organisers to book up to ten months in advance, reduce change fee costs, access a longer ticketing timeline, and outsource travel management to an expert team. 

For group travel, you need at least 10 people travelling from the same destination on the same flight. Whilst smaller groups or groups travelling from multiple destinations aren’t eligible for group rates, our group travel experts can still help with attendees travelling from different countries.  

When booking a group, you don’t have to confirm names right away. You can confirm attendees a few weeks before the trip. There is a degree of flexibility on total numbers if you want to expand or reduce your group after booking. 

It varies per airline but typically group travel can be booked up to 11 months in advance, and up to a month before the event. The earlier you book, the more competitive the price is likely to be.
