What’s your corporate travel-themed New Year’s resolution?

This year, I will ensure a better work-life balance on the road and in the air by setting boundaries on work hours. I'll also be planning more bleisure activities during downtime on work trips since I have the opportunity to travel to so many different locations for work.

What are you most looking forward to regarding business in the Middle East & Africa in the New Year?

We have recently invested heavily in our MEA sales team, and this is going to make a huge impact across the 30 FCM markets in-region and other regions. After COVID-19, there has been a surge in regional RFPs and clients seeking to consolidate their travel programmes. FCM has a solid footprint across key countries in MEA, and I’m really looking forward to more regional customer opportunities, new client case study stories to share, joint ventures, and cross-border collaborations.

What’s your personal New Year’s resolution?

My resolution is to give back to my community in some meaningful way—whether through volunteer work, supporting local businesses, or finding other ways to contribute to the well-being of others!

What’s your corporate travel-themed New Year’s resolution?

To travel more sustainably – trains are a real viable option throughout Europe, so I plan to use them wherever possible, especially when travelling between hub cities across the region.

What are you most looking forward to regarding business in UKI and Europe in the New Year?

I want to be more involved with customers, from the very start of the relationship when they enter RFP to their go-live date and beyond. Understanding their journey will make us better equipped to meet their needs and requirements in 2025.

What’s your personal New Year’s resolution?

I need to start using my running machine (which has been used as only a clothes hanger so far).

What are you most looking forward to regarding the ANZ business in the New Year?

Our people are our number one asset, so I’ll make sure to keep them and their decisions front and centre. We’ll continue to invest in people and the customer experience to drive retention and growth.

What’s your personal New Year’s resolution?

I generally do not make New Year’s resolutions, but if I had one it would be to do more personal travel this year!

What’s your corporate travel-themed New Year’s resolution?

To elevate corporate travel experiences across Mexico and Latin America by leveraging best-in-market technology, strengthening supplier relationships, and implementing sustainability-driven travel solutions. Our focus will be on delivering seamless, personalised travel management services that prioritise efficiency, traveller satisfaction, and cost optimisation for our clients. This will make travellers love The Alternative!

What are you most looking forward to regarding business Mexico & Latin America in the New Year?

I’m most excited about the opportunities to expand FCM's footprint in Latin America by fostering deeper collaboration with regional partners and leveraging our local expertise. The growing demand for an out-of-the-box travel solution in the region presents a chance to redefine corporate travel, optimise processes, and introduce tailor-made strategies that cater to the unique needs of Latin American businesses.

What’s your personal New Year’s resolution?

My personal resolution is to build stronger relationships—professionally and personally—by dedicating time to meaningful connections and active listening. I also aim to focus on personal growth, enhance my leadership skills, and maintain a healthy work-life balance to continue delivering my best in every aspect of life.
