How can I see if a meeting space is an instant book?
Venues set up for instant book will display the price and a lightning bolt symbol. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
Venues that only display pricing and no lightning bolt are not available to instantly book and require the venue to accept the booking. Your credit card will be pre-authorised at time of booking. Once a venue accepts the booking that’s when the card with be charged.
Venues with no price will go through the RFP process.

Can I negotiate in the corporate event venue sourcing tool?
Yes - planners can talk with a person from the venue team via the ‘contact the venue’ button.
Are there response time service level agreements (SLAs) in place for the venues?
- UK venues: usual response time is 24 hours
- EU venues: usual response time is 48 hours
- The rest of the world: 48 – 72 hours

How much does using Venue Finder cost?
Our Base package is free to use, while our Corporate and Enterprise packages have annual subscription fees to allow us to better integrate our technology to your business and provide bespoke reporting. View the options here.

What’s the benefit of the Corporate and Enterprise plans?
Corporate and Enterprise plans include everything in the Base plan, plus reporting, cost centre and approval controls and the ability to upload your own preferred venues. For full details of each package, view the options here.

How many countries are included under each plan?
- Base plan is limited to individual countries and reporting. There is no rolled up reporting of all locations.
- Corporate plan allows up to five country locations.
- Enterprise plan is best for six or more country locations.

How many user logins are included with the plans?
Corporate clients using FCM Venue Finder can have unlimited user logins.

Can Venue Finder help me run more sustainable events?
Yes - Venue Finder displays sustainability and diversity certifications next to venues to inform your choices. With Where to Meet credits, you can choose your meeting location with the least carbon emissions for travel based on the origin of your attendees.
