Customers concerned about upcoming trips or looking to cancel or rebook any travel should contact their dedicated Travel Consultant, Account Manager, or 24/7 Emergency Assist. Travellers are advised to download FCM's SAM app to stay updated on all travel disruptions, and customers can use FCM Secure - our online global security tracking and reporting tool - to keep track of health advisories issued by WorldAware and to locate travellers. In response to client needs during the current pandemic, we've developed a COVID-19 Dashboard which can be deployed to customers via Secure, and is designed to provide accurate and reliable information about the spread of the virus as well as timely departure and arrival reports to assist travel managers in locating and communicating with their travellers.
