FCM Meetings & Events Wins Pivotal Partner Award at 9th Annual Cvent Excellence Awards
FCM's Meeting & Events division received top honors this week at the 2021 Cvent Excellence Awards. The company was named Pivotal Partner: Cvent Partner of the Year during a live in-person ceremony in Las Vegas at CAESARS FORUM as part of Cvent CONNECT, Cvent’s annual customer conference. The event was also broadcast to a global virtual audience of meetings, events, and hospitality professionals.
The Pivotal Partner Award recognizes the company that was the most effective in using Cvent technology to deliver unparalleled event experiences for their clients, despite the challenges faced during the global pandemic. FCM Meetings & Events, successfully demonstrated their ability to create impactful virtual and in-person experiences and improve efficiencies while providing a clear return on investment for their clients.
Over the course of the last 7 years, FCM Meetings & Events have managed more than 295,000 registrations, leveraging the Cvent platform to help win more clients, grow their accounts, and improve retention. This year alone, they added 420 new events – including 100 virtual events with 20,000 attendees.

Winners were selected from hundreds of submissions and embody the best in their respective industries.
