At FCM you'll interactively learn new technology, chat with our clients and prepare their repatriation. We encourage our medical travel agents to study the medical needs of our clients and build a relationship with them so they can be assured that their repatriation will run as smooth as possible.

 

We are looking for a MEDICAL TRAVEL CONSULTANT.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Using our advanced technology, you will be responsible for providing advice and booking trips and all related products that meet our clients' expectations.

As the ultimate manager of your files, you will manage repatriation from A to Z.

You manage systems in the field of reservation/communication such as the GDS (Amadeus) and associated applications such as the well-known office package systems.

 

Who are we looking for:

  • Skilled in the use of a computer and various software packages
  • Service-minded and excellent commercial feeling
  • You can take decisions and you have problem solving skills 
  • Experience in the travel industry or assistance company is a must!
  • Enthusiastic and motivated team player with good communication skills
  • You have a bachelor or master degree in tourism or equivalent through experience
  • In an International environment, you speak several languages: NL,EN and extra languages are an added value
  • Working under pressure is no problem for you.
  • Knowledge of different travel relevant systems and global distribution system Amadeus are important
  • As medical support is not only needed during regular business hours we expect within an upfront agreed framework some availability outside standard business hours.
