Eurostar Advanced Passenger Information (API)
Dear client,
From April 2nd, 2024 it is mandatory to submit Advanced Passenger Information (API) for all passengers travelling with Eurostar on routes to/from London, in compliance with the UK Government guidelines (and in line with the airline industry.)
Passengers will be sent a “booking confirmation” (= booking summary) via the current confirmation email, which will also contain the other tickets in case of multi-carrier or multi-inventory.
The “booking confirmation” will provide instructions for how to submit the information via “Manage your booking" in order to retrieve the “boarding pass”
“Manage your booking” can either be the Eurostar.com website or SNCB look&feel
See below the steps that could be followed and might help you to get the actual train tickets with all the information added to it.

Click on the link that brings to Eurostar.com to fill in the Advanced Passenger Information to receive the actual tickets.
