FCM Travel Solutions Awarded Best National Travel Management Company
FCM Travel Solutions has been named Best National Travel Management Company on Saturday night in the National Travel Industry Awards 2019 held in Sydney.
FCM received the award after a judging panel assessed the company on a range of criteria including results and service and quality measures recorded in 2018-19.
Melissa Elf FCM General Manager Australia said that the company was thrilled with the win which was the result of a total team effort across the entire business.

FCM Travel Solutions provides business travel services across three main sectors – corporate, government and academic. FCM successfully integrated Flight Centre Travel Group’s academic travel provider Campus Travel into its ranks in 2018.
The company has introduced new technology features to its clients including: Savi (online booking tool), Sam AI-powered mobile app, both which cater for the traveller, travel bookers and managers; Client Business Intelligence (CBI) reporting and its customer experience platform.
The Savi online booking tool features exclusive richer travel content plus unique persona driven modules using a platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to dramatically reduce booking times.
The suite of tools is integrated through FCM’s single gateway FCM Connect which personalises each tool and touchpoint with the company.
Many of these features were showcased at FCM’s client corporate travel conference, Illuminate, held in Melbourne in September. FCM holds a number of events that provide education, thought leadership and insight to customers.
