Available now until 15 December 2024, First and Business Class passengers will be treated to a special anniversary menu that puts Australia’s finest flavours on display.

A nod to local Australian ingredients
Forget the standard plane food. The 15th anniversary menu showcases Australian produce, with farm-to-tray-table ingredients, like Queensland lemon myrtle, South Australian bush tomato, and Tasmanian mountain pepper.
Some of the standout dishes that our team have had the pleasure of sampling include:
- Grilled Morten Bay prawns with Noosa finger lime Thai style salad.
- Tasmanian mountain pepper with Gippsland beef tenderloin.
- Northern Tablelands strawberry gum compote with apple cream cake.
And for those with dietaries, Qatar Airways has you covered with some equally delicious alternatives that have also passed the FCM taste test.
To mark such a key milestone in our Australian operations, this special menu is carefully curated to reflect the Australian heritage by incorporating native flavours into our award-winning business class menu offerings.
